(82)A lot of people believe that after shedding your weight and your shape is okay, you can quit the weight loss program. That is very wrong. The lost weight can still be regained. There is a follow up program for people who have shed enough weight. But if you don’t want to go for any of those programs, leave your diet the way it is. Your diet plan is not only meant for shedding of weight, it also prevents you from taking on more calories. So, the easiest thing to do is to leave your diet the way it is, even after shedding enough weight.

(83)The most common mistakes people make is skipping their meals. When you do that, it would result in the opposite of what you desire. Instead of skipping meals, take smaller portions and eat more frequently. Eat about 5 to 6 times a day instead of the usual three. Increase your fibre in take, you can find this in fruits. Can and processed foods are not exactly healthy as far as weight loss is concerned.

(84)Reduction of Pain in the Joints
When you are excessively overweight, you exert more pressure on your knees, your ankles and even your hips. It could be twice the kind of pressure your joints can comfortably withstand. This would give your joints some stress and tension. It could also lead to pain in the joints. So when you lose some weight you relieve your joints of some unnecessary pressure and save yourself from experiencing pains in your joints. People who are overweight know this too well and you can notice the stress they go through from the way most fat people walk.

(85)When you are considering weight loss, in order to make it work, you’ve got to have a plan. Just like in any other venture in life your plan will determine your success. You will have to choose the kind of food to eat to lose weight and sustain that size, do a few workout routine, eat fruits for fibre content, eat nuts, consume some quality natural fat, drink more water and need I mention that you have to be disciplined and determined to really succeed.

(86)Still on cutting of food intake, please try as much as possible to reduce the snacks you take in between your main meals. It gradually adds to your calories and result in weight gain not weight loss.
