It will also increase your metabolic rate. Reduce your intake of soda because it also has a lot of calories. Drinking of water helps to prevent over eating and induces weight loss.

to Loose Fat This myth is certainly not true. I tried following this claim for some couple of weeks but realized that I actually gained a few more pounds instead. Studies show that people who eat three large meals daily are more prone to weight gain than those who eat small, frequent meals a day. It’s actually eating large amounts of food with lots of calories to make for skipped meals that cause weight gain. Experts believe that those who eat five to six small meals daily generally have a higher rate of metabolism and can burn excess calories faster.

Diabetes is another serious disease. It can also lead to death if it is not well managed. The worst thing about diabetes is that it is a terminal disease. It has no cure. Once you have it, you would have to keep managing it for the rest of your life. Diabetes have also been linked to too much fat and being over weight.
