People around you would just burst into laughter because they know it’s because of your size. Imagine such embarrassment. This continues to lower your self confidence. It is also believed that overweight people snore a lot when sleeping. I do not think it has been proved anywhere but the belief is still rife.  You need to shed some weight to regain your confidence on your social respect.

The benefit of loss of weight to your physical condition does not include only your good shape and attractive physical appearance. It also includes your health conditions. Some of which are great energy level, low cholesterol level, a balanced blood pressure and sugar level. All these benefits collectively reduce your chances of having body pains and also improve your rates of metabolism and heartbeat. Loss of weight helps you get better sleep, prevents frequent chest pains and reduces your chances of getting diseases like heart attacks, strokes and type2 diabetes. Really, all the health benefits attached to weight loss are ceaseless.
