Fitting Into that Wedding Dress Diet Plan

You must first set a goal. You could set it towards one month or two. It means you have to fix the amount of weight you want to have shed before the date. It starts by determining the amount of calories you consume daily. Once you get that, you have to cut it down drastically.
To achieve this, you need to cut down your sugar intake drastically, whether it is from food or it is from drinks. This is because sugar is known to contain too much calories. Measure your food portions in grams. Drink more water. Take more naps. Chew sugar-free gum as it reduces the craving for food. Avoid the temptation to add more food to your meals.

It is advisable that you do fast walking for at least 20 minutes per day. If you have some staircases, try running up and down between two floors in one set. This has been proven to be very effective in weight loss. Do it for about three times with a 5-minute rest in between. If you have a bike, you should ride your bike for at least 5 miles per day. If you can swim and there is a pool nearby, a one hour flap swimming is not bad for a day. If there’s any sport you like, you should also play as often as you can. The idea is to make you work your body out doing what you like to do. You should also do some stretching before and after every workout session.

You should find a source of motivation for shedding your weight. A very good one is the wedding dress. You would really want to look slim and trim in your wedding dress, won’t you? Then, you have to shed your weight towards it. Shedding about 3 pounds a week is not bad. You could also do the regular workouts with one or two friends. They will give you the push you need whenever it becomes necessary. Weight loss is feasible and possible. Once you put your mind to it, there is no limit to your success.
