Mesotheraphy vs. Cellulite

For some people, looking good is a battle, and one of the ways of winning this battle is the cosmetic treatment with cellulite and small fatty deposits. Mesotherapy is the process of removing fat and giving life to the skin. It is most likely that you are already doing a number of things just to get rid of cellulite and small fatty deposits, such as carefully picking the type of food you eat and using different creams and lotions. Yet all your efforts have yielded no results. The reason is that many men and women go through the difficult problem of removing cellulite.
Gwyneth Parker has two children and has been having a constant battle to get rid of excess fat for almost five years. Part of her efforts includes a one hour workout session at the gym three times a week.  However, she was still unable to remove the fats around her thighs. But all this trouble has been put behind her in just 10 mesotherapy sessions. In her own words, Parker says “I have lost about three inches from my hips. My thighs have shrunk. I am down to a dress size 6 and loving it.” She has achieved significant weight loss!
The weight and cellulite that Parker gained came after she had delivered her kids. Although it has been said, by doctors that cellulite and small fatty deposits can affect over 90% of women past puberty. For men, the data available is not accurate and it has been observed that men don’t have as much complaints about it as women. Hence cellulite and small fatty deposits are sometimes regarded as problems that affect ladies. Many times, the extra fat is usually seen on the butt, hips and legs. Cellulite and small fatty deposits can affect both over-weight and skinny people.
It is very easy to identify cellulite because it causes the skin to have a lumpy often-dimpled effect. Cellulite is formed when water is retained in fat cells surrounded by tissue. There is a hardening of the tissue, which forms sclerosis and this is what causes the cottage cheese appearance on the skin surface. Also, genetics are the reason for fatty deposits and mesotherapy can remove the fat from your body.
An increasing number of physicians are recommending mesotherapy for combating cellulite and excess fat.  Invented by DR Michel Pistor in 1952, mesotherapy was commonly used in France for a number of years. But it is just gaining popularity as a safe cosmetic treatment that is very effective. Perhaps you are trying to figure how it really works. We will attempt to take a look at this really simple procedure.
It requires only a few minutes to undergo the treatment sessions but includes quite a number of injections for several weeks. For those who are scared of injections, it will please you to know that the needle used is quite tiny. In about four to ten sessions, it has been estimated by the doctors that mesotherapy can help you burn up the fat in your body. To administer mesotherapy, the drug is injected into the mesoderm, which is the middle layer of the skin. Mesotherapy gets its name from the procedure.
When the drugs are injected into the body, they break down fat very quickly. The drugs, which include medication and vitamins, are inserted into the skin using microinjections. This transforms the shape of the body. Undertaking one mesotherapy session is likely to cost about $500 as a result of the drugs that will be used.  Asthma and high-pressure drugs are commonly used for this treatment.

Also, vitamins and supplements can be used to remove the fat. Two particular drugs have been approved by the FDA to be used when performing other procedures One of the drugs is aminophylline, which is used to treat asthma, and the other is Isopreteranol, which is a cardia drug. Other common drugs that can be used for the procedure are phosphatidylcholine and sodium deoxycholate.
As mentioned earlier, the procedure could involve up to three or five sessions to produce any significant results. Many factors such as, how sever the condition is and what caused the problem, can determine how many treatments are needed. There are many ways in which mesotherapy can improve your body. For example, the blood flow to the treated area is much better. It also breaks down excess fat deposits and gets rid off tissue that is hardened. The lymphatic drainage is also improved.
Having this information on the workings of mesotherapy, you might wonder if this procedure is actually safe. According to doctors and researchers who have practiced with this procedure, it has been determined to be a safe procedure.  There are a few doctors who have some fears about the different drugs that are mixed up to remove the cellulite and fatty deposits. This group has called upon the FDA to approve all the different drug components that are being used together for the procedure. Individually, these drugs have been approved and it is in the ability of a licensed doctor to know how best to use the drugs.
There is another factor that is also considered which is the fat that is not burned off, what happens to it? In an ideal situation, mesotherapy will completely burn off the fatty acids. But there could be a case where the fatty acids have gotten into other tissue. This situation is risky because it could cause damage to the other tissue and expose the individual to getting cardiovascular disease as well as diabetes. In spite of these concerns, none of them has occurred even though millions of treatments around the world have been performed. This is why some people like Gwyneth Parker will consider the benefits to be more than the risk. Gwyneth says “I am just happy to get rid of the excess fat. I eat right. I see my doctors on a regular basis for checkups. I am happy with my results.” The same report can be yours because with mesotherapy you have a good option for losing cellulite and small fatty deposits.
